Just sent in my phone for speaker replacement today. Got it done in 10mins and the tech guy even changed my power button "just in case". I've used Samsung, Motorola and HTC phones. I got to say that this is one of the best tech support service ever period. Damn sempoi la suhaimi. Great chit chat about Roms too. And got to play around with his prototype nex5.
