Yes bro...everything stock but updated to 4.4.2

i am using 4.2.2 with CM10.1.2 and Franco Kernel..i am planning to update my phone to kitkat..i already backup all my apps using titanium backup and have downloaded 4.4.2 factory image..can anyone suggest me what is the next step?

you need to have adb working and phone detected by adb, then follow this guide to run the flash-all script.

3. Proceed with this step if you want to keep your data intact. If you skip this step, your data will be wiped. With your favorite text editor, edit (be careful not to run it by accident instead of editing) flash-all.bat (if you're on Windows) or flash-all.sh (Mac, Linux) and remove "-w" from the fastboot update command. For example, if the line reads fastboot -w update image-razor-jss15j.zip, it should now read fastboot update image-razor-jss15j.zip. The -w option instructs fastboot to wipe data.
4.Reboot into the bootloader and run the appropriate flash-all script.

can u explain to me what to do with these 3&4 step?

shinchan5347 why not just flash CM11 nightly and latest Radio? Less hassle.

meaning that i dont have to update manually?just flash to CM11 and it will update to 4.4 automatically?

3. extract the zip you downloaded and you should find 2 IMG files and a flash-all.bat file. This file need to be edited if you want to retain your data. open it with notepad and remove the -w on one of the lines. You may skip this if you want to delete all/factory wipe your phone.

i have get into the bootloader and now i dont know how to run the flash

easy nia.. u see a file called "flash-all" in ur folder? just click that, but do note that this will wipe all ur data

is CM11 4.4.2 kitkat?

i try to update from 4.2.2 to 4.4.2 when i click flash-all.bat then this happen

and now i cant turn on wifi and no sound..why?

u need to place all the files of the kitkat rom in the same folder as adb folder. ur folder must have all this.
then click the flash-all.bat again.
