There only 2 Chrome, one is Chrome, another is Chrome BETA which come with a lot of feature which is still under beta/developing before they implement into the official Chrome apps.

Well, same for me, as long you use a lot of the browser(either Chrome/Dophin/Opera) your battery comsuption list will appear these. So best to put these Browser on Greenify, so that when you not in use, they won't run in your background.

Reason why I root and you should do the same.
1) Block those annoying Ads in Apps/Browser and no Pop up Ads!!! (prevent spy on you)
2) Greenify Apps/Better Battery Stats (better battery life/battery monitoring)
3) Custom ROM/Kernel (faster update/more mod or even better battery life)
4) More functioning Backup Data/Apps option (better backup like Titanium Backup or Nandroid backup)
5) Cerberus incase got stolen/missing device (better security than ADM)

Try using ROM with 'double tap to wake' or 'sweep to wake' features... Can go without the power button for a while until you need to ON or Off the phone.. 

Without tweak and both running on Stock, my Moto G score 5 hours of SOT compare to my Nexus 4 score 2 hours of SOT. Both running Stock Android KitKat 4.4.2, if my Moto G running JellyBean 4.3, can even squeeze further to 6 hours of SOT.

I believe you can simply Google-ed some review or answers on Google that how amazing that the Moto G can have such amazing battery life with such small mAh.

After I moving from Nexus 4 to Moto G. I found that a good design language like Motorola are very important. The Curved Back and are sooooooooooo Comfortable to hold in your hand. So from today onward, I only look into those curved back design of smartphone.
