QUOTE(donizback @ Dec 13 2013, 12:09 PM) The way you wrote was kinda offensive lol Do you mean this statement, "You must understand a little more about ACCA"? That it indirectly assumes or implies < something impolite about your knowledge> from your perspective?

Hi donizback & Showtime747, As an auditor, sometimes you need to determine if accounting books have been “cooked” by “ pumping numbers up” to make the company look more attractive, or perhaps to provide a cover for money laundering? On the other hand, an accountant might be coerced to “cook” accounting books by “artificially lowering the numbers,” perhaps to hide profits from Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) or to divert company profits to unscrupulous employees. I'm just wondering, in Accounting Fraud Detection, do you use sample data to test whether the proportion of first nonzero digits of the entries in a large accounting report follows Benford’s Law?
