Already 3rd time service but never replace cooper pipe before this . I used around 10 to 12 hour daily , so less than 2 year have to service. Myself only can clean the filter every month. Not like Mitsubishi electric, very easy to clean.

Either you buy daikin or York, you still buy from under one roof.

In Sarawak the best choice go for MHI, non inverter 1hp at 740w for 1hp vs inverter 1hp at 640w.

Not sure of MHI nosie issue, cause I didn't used b4, just yesterday went to that shop and saw the outdoor condenser quite big enough for sure is faster cooling.

been using daikin and Pana for many many year. never encounter problem. My friend also using MHI and ME also no problem....so ?? Conclusion is count on luck haha...

even in kuching sarawak dun have ME model, but MHI inverter deluxe model is quite good already.

Are you buy freezer or aircond ?  , and each ppl have different way of 'measuring' coolness.....i can only comment as above

Many years ago air cond are controlled by a small thermostat. As long as the fins are not blocked, it will work as it is.
But now air conds are equipped with fancy unwanted stuffs and controlled by ICs, reliability can't be predicted. Best is ask the service center people, they will know what fail the most. Like LCD/LED/plasma usually are overheating problem(need to power off totally for 20-30 minutes after 2 hours).

But in exchange you will have respiratory problem later on. Drink more water and set higher °C, good for your wallet and health

It depends which shop you went. Some shop is because of profit margin low will not push people to take.
If Panasonic is a pariah brand, their WM won't offer 12 years warranty.
And Daikin = York, MHI is still MHI
