Guys I'm thinking of getting an inverter based air cond for my room as I will be using it quite frequently and a non inverter for my living room due to less usage.
Is this a good idea ?
Also I'm considering between daikon and Panasonic. Which should I go for ? Or is there a better alternative ?

QUOTE(idoblu @ Jul 11 2014, 05:54 PM) Get all inverter. Just one more not going to break your bank. Get Daikin Alternative? I saw some solar powered air cons. I don't exactly know how it works though. Maybe like reverse heat pump Thanks for the quick reply ! Any issues with daikin ? There seems to be a huge number of Panasonic followers here.

QUOTE(idoblu @ Jul 11 2014, 06:59 PM) I have only used Daikin Inverter for like 10 months so have not really encounter any real problems yet. I find them easier to clean. Previously I had Panasonic non inverters. Got few problems. Control boards, motor, etc And can't clean DIY If I have a choice I like to get either Hitachi or Daikin. For my new place I'm not sure what they will give me. Hopefully these two. Just my own personal choice Thanks for the feedback ! I think I will go for daikin then for the r22 gas inverters.
