ME much easier for future self maintenance without any cent to pay for Aircon serving.
Daikin for very headache part to be remove out fan blower drainpan, if the condition really water dripping or leaking from wall concealed pipes.
Panasonice inverter I guess set to 25C will be more comfort for you & drainpan still able to removable by self servicing.
Hitachi they claim as higher BTU maybe you can try for hitachi DC inverter, but just slightly higher airflow noise only.

From your master bedroom for 1.5hp at lease
Small room for 1.0hp
Living hall can decide 2.0hp for your budget or 2.5hp as more cooling with much power saving, due to larger open space may use more bigger power to suit the area.

4.5m x 4m at lease 1.5hp, use 1hp is consider under power may draw more input power to keep your room maintenance cooling.
Daikin is branded, for some ppls is feel like great aircond.
Hitachi not as bad, price may slighly higher or same like ME, that's why i prefer ME over others, ME the only offered with easy clean feature the rest, i dont think so you can easily to access into fan blower to be clean out like those table fan.
Panasonic 1hp maybe yes or same like others, but at lease go for inverter unit, wont be so sufficient to increase lower temp to met your room cooling temp.

why dont have 2.5? maybe some ppl called 3hp. but the input watt only 1830w like those non-inverter 2hp.

they have 2.0 and 2.5hp inverter only

Cooling efficiency are very dependent to the room condition, like day time absorb all the sunshine, built using sand brick, poor ventilation will take longer time to cool down.
Since you are staying in Kuching, why not survey which is the nearest service/part center ?

usually where you bought from and where you call back, service centre for more items like walk in and hand carry products..

nothing to too worried, since they can sell you and they can warranty you in future.

I'm looking for cassette type air con, which is 2.5 hp for brand like daikin and mitsubishi.

Wondering where can I get it? As I can't get it from normal retail shop, they're not selling.
