Once you has switch on Aircon and please off the stand fan to be create more drying envoplment too
*
the fan is on all night to actually help circulating the air flow around the room.
This is one of the purpose i believe most ppl will do.

You not making your room 100% humid right. Set to lowest use timer. Now the more modern humidifier can set the humidity level too.

Hi....l'm going to install aircon for living and 2 bedroom..now I'm looking at Daikin inverter or Mitsubishi electric inverter or panasonic inverter..mostly set 25 or 26 for temperature...
May I know which one is better in terms of(priority start from one):
1. Reliability
2. Spares parts availability/repair or spare part cost(maintainability)
3. Efficiency (energy saving)
4. Cooling power

Sizing of aircon:
1. Master Bedroom (15.7 ft x 14.6 ft) - 1 Hp
2. Bedroom ( 11.5 ft x 11.8 ft) - 1HP
3. Living room ( 17.7 ft x 19.6 ft...add staircase area. ..23.3 ft x 7.9 ft) - 2 hp...
Isit sufficient?
Thanks

If you going for Panasonic... I heard from stores that they will be coming out with a new model (design only) middle of March... perhaps u wanna wait/check around.

Just like Samsung recently came out with their new triangle design.....

ps : Anyone knows when exactly Panasonic new design coming out?

if i'm asking the reno guy to do the piping n wiring for the aircond, what should i request for inverter aircond?

can the indoor unit share the outdoor split unit? if yes, what's the max number of sharing?

bro, somehow we buy electronics we don't only judge how it looks.
there are a few angles we have to look at other than the design. icon_idea.gif

The 1hp traingle design Samsung even for non-inverter is a whopping low 690W. First time coming across 1hp non-inverter (R22) that is rated that low wattage. Normally between 830-900W depending on make and model.

Check the BTU output also.

690w input watt really consider low.

For their inverter 1hp is really gooding at 660w at 9700btu wow.

9000BTU for R22 Non-inverter. Compare here

Note: The 1HP of Samsung triangle at least has max length of 15m but max vertical height difference of 7m. Perhaps this is to be carefully noted. The Daikin 1HP has max piping length of 25m but max height difference of 15m. Not that it matters unless in certain circumstances where AC piping length is really really long and shorter installation is not possible due to building maintenance policy esp where there is a lack of out of building AC compressor placement bays.
