first post Daikin is at 10.38 EER
second post Daikin is at 12.14

etc etc...

unless u r comparing different HP which you didnt state in one of the posts, then its understandable

i just trying to understand what your posts is all about
*
oh my bad... actually i do 2 time of calculation

as u know inverter there are variable power / btu output..
the 1st one i calculate using the MAX power
and for the 2nd i calculate at the spec btu output..

to make it clear example as below:-

Daikin 1 HP R410a

btu/h 8,500 (4,100 - 10,900)
power consumption 0.70 (0.30 - 1.05)

1st calculation 10,900 divide by 1050Watt = 10.38 EER
2nd calculation 8500 divide by 700Watt =12.14 EER

so this is how i calculate.. i estimate the maximum and the recommended btu/h to see which 1 is the most high EER =)
thus power saving icon_rolleyes.gif

My experience same as you before.

When saw the ME inverter really lower BTU as 8530 std specs and never impressive then when to hitachi DC inverter for my 2 rooms.

Finally choice for ME inverter for my master bedroom,
But BTU @ 8530 Only, never expected can be more impressive than Hitachi DC inverter as 9700 BTU for 1hp inverter.

Sometime may mention on specs via real life is different expected.
*
well, for the 1st time user the only thing can compare is through the spec... i wish can test run all the brand in my room for a week before purchase... HAHAHAH !

lol... you are slow..  rclxm9.gif

since they charge you lower installation fee then to be combine into one.

unless they mention for separate insulation and higher cost coverall with huge trunking.  hmm.gif
*
i dont mind as long as insulate it well... extra charge is ok..
but its ok right even tho they put both pipe together in one insulator..

any for the compressor to my in-door unit is around 5 feet only...

Daikin inverter not really cold and set for lower 25c usage like non inverter.

If try to set in 25c with low fan how does it work?

Mitsubishi electric only require for 25c with low fan speed.
*
is the same... 25c with lowest fan... cold what...
