my brother just bought a peugeot. the toolkit looked like it was missing some pieces. salesman said everything is there, empty slots are normal. is that correct?

diff market requires diff tools as the same cars might be spec differently for different market...
it makes no business sense just to fashion specific "toolkit holders" for specific markets... |
