This kind of case is damm common on overseas, when I tried to change my address for my own damm bank account they ask all of the stupid question and ask me to fill out a form and then post to them.

A week later they told me that they can't process my request as the signature is not matching. Until now the account is not closed as I am in US now and the account is opened in UK.
