Fark the helpdesk fellow. Blardy anoying. There is numerous case like this regarding aol cancelation. Got another one is that a daughter wanted to cancel the account because the mother died. And the rep actually ask "May i speak to you mother" WTF!!! She even give the mothers coroners ID number and tell the sells rep if you can contact my mother please do let me know how you did it

Some people suggest to cancel the credit card account they were charging it too but it seems that too dont work. What happen next is even worst. They kept you accout around for like 6 month or so or until they payment is bundle up to a huge amount and the send you a letter and ask you to pay for it. Evil company...!!
You can actually read a lot of such story online but this was only highlighted now as someone has really nbtd and went and record it. Which imho is good |
