High Rise building units near Break Tank, Pros and Cons

visited Savanna @ Bangi's Sales office last week.
Tower A still got some unit selling at as low as 340K + 10k rebate with condition near to "Break Tank" i intend to get one of these units,
All shifus , please share pros and cons for these units (near break Tank)
Pros :
Cheaper
Cons :
Noisy ? Dangerous ? if pump/ pipe leaking ?
