I started working out this June weighing 48kg, 152cm (petite girl) and now I have shed off extra kgs till 41kg. Back then i only concentrated on Cardio cardio and cardio. So now since I have achieve that weight, I do yoga, weights, cardio, everything.... I am trying very hard for abs but my lower tummy fat seems so difficult to go away :/

My daily weekday meal consist of;
Morning - home made fruit smoothie with yoghurt/ milk
Black coffee, no sugar, no milk
Lunch - home made sandwich with tuna/egg/chicken meat
Dinner - No rice, just food ie; chicken, fish, vege
my daily routine
Monday - Cardio, abs
Tuesday - rest
Wed - Cardio, bicep, tricep, back day, abs
Thurs- Yoga, shoulder & chest day
Fri - Cardio
Sat - Yoga, cardio, legs, squats with barbell, abs
Sun - Cardio, abs, yoga, weights (bicep, tricep, shoulder, chest)
Cheat day on weekend
How can I improve to have my abs preferable by cny?
