Chosen a wrong boost server.

it differ from person to person based on where are you from and what isp you using la.
for me 电信9区 and 网通 give almost the same ping 109~145
and 电信2区give me the lowest ping that is 70~90ms only.
but since i dont want to play alone as a non-chinese/mandarin speaker so i joined with Freedom/s guilds in 网通1 and also play with other LYNers at 电信9区

Then how now? i dunno which server to play now..which is more people active? i mean lyn member

Uhm only main quest get yellow clue and the other blue for daily , side quest if there are no clue on the map , press M then check your invent you probably need to click on something. There are few quest which you need to upgrade or convert and apply gem. Check the link below

do i have to start the game from the tool instead of starting the game from my desktop directly?

from the tool of course..but make sure u booster 1st and cancel the launcher..then start the tool

Need a solution, i'm stuck at this loading page for few hours (went to yum cha during the period), anyway to solve this?
