latency is also depend on which main server you choose.
i have a server that only have 75ms latency with only qq free trial booster.
but now i am playing in a 125ms server following others.
tried playing alone in that 75ms server but really no fun (my sub server dont have many or any english player)

Prolly no. All MMORPGs set a path and a story and you have to follow it. Like this, clearly at first you are the good guy and the one who killed all your sifu  siBrother siSister all is the bad guy.
So no matter how bad you wanna be, you're stucked as hongmun vengeful good guy.

yea that's the horn. but here really hard to get and the most i saw only 5 horns in a bundle. plus that to the number of players in this server you can imagine how high the demand for that horn is in CN server.

up to you. wear faction cloth (with cross-sword icon) = pvp mode.

add a little more - there is several specific PvP spots but that is not a mandatory place for open pvp. As long as you wearing faction cloth, you can be killed anywhere, even if it's your party teammate wearing opposing faction cloth you can kill each other.

I like it when I'm farming my costume killing bamboo armies, some changed to bamboo army shirt and come trying to kill me and then died within seconds. They've only just reached that map - level 18.

I got chars in both clans. Main char in red because blue looks bad for LYN.

Why you worry, my blue char is only planned, not even reached the faction choice yet. 2 main chars one 35 one 26 both red.

My server seems quite fair. Sometimes red win sometimes blue. Yesterday red was having higher number but we are losing because blue has a few lv40+ and all we have are all questing around which are lv33-36.
