I have a stack of weapon (three), how to unstack it so that I can sell it separately? I don't think ppl want to buy a stack of 3 weapon...but the game automatically stack them for me.

Since there's no way to buy a single item from a stack, I'll have to unstack first before I sell...

How to rank them, and what's the point?

Other small factions are not important, the only thing you probably want to do is wear their cloth, go kill opposing faction NPC, get token and exchange for costume.
