is there any QQ group chat for those who r in 电讯9区? I m in 电讯8区 lvl21 already but most of my guildmates are sleeping when i was online i am so boring playing alone. i wish to go to 电讯9区 i have just add few of lyn to the friend list this morning.

Guys , for daily quest, normally if i lazy to submit through NPC i will straight away click on quest to complete for a small fee. But now today when i see it, it can cost me up to 28 copper for completing a daily quest.. May i know why this happened?
