as my title , a forumer selling ECC infineon 1GB BE-5 just RM2++ , drool.gif
follow my mobo manual stat tat is support ECC ram , but dunno is OCable or not ..

anyone is using same chip ?
any comment ? biggrin.gif

Look at the OC database sixth highest OC.

i'm using BE-5 but not ecc..
infineon likes tight timming..fast..

CE-5 or 6 is better because it oc about 10-20mhz higher at tight timings.

I'm using non-ECC BE-5 1GBx2 modules. At stock VDIMM can't reach 230mhz. If add to 2.8VDIMM can go over 260mhz.

he using Corsair 3500LL now...

that is using Infineon Be-5 chip
