Fusion can only be worked if you have 2 level 30 +5.

The non rank hero is usually a food to refining hero for fusioning

Wait,there was an event that boost the percentage of getting 5/6 stars?

Someone just recruited Assassin Ace 5 stars hero from honor points.

Just realized, there seems to be a limitation of incoming Fusion Event

Fusion of 4 stars and 5 stars will not get any bonuses.
For fusing 3 stars hero can only have the bonus once.
