FIRST.. the ingredient, i choosed water color paper because IMO, and also the other best pad that i have used is the drawing block's back cover (recycle paper/box paper the grey-ish one ), my mouse can slide smoothly and not to sticky. I have tried that teflon feet not too scratch too hard..
This is my old mousepad that i bought RM3.00 , I used it about 1 year and its cotton surface cracked from this rubber pad..
This is how the water color paper surface texture look like.
Use cutter, Get it size but dont forget for the offset for make it perfect finish - later will see it..
I used 3M because it is high quality adhersive spray for mounting.
Apply it on the back surface- (MAKE SURE JUST ONE SIDE SURFACE TO MAKE IT STICKER AND NO DUST ON IT)
I rolled every surface to make sure all part stick perfectly.
To get perfect stick on the rubber pad, i use iron to let the glue hot. I used wool level..
Now the paper perfectly stick on the rubber pad..
NEXT..cut the offset and follow the rubber pad shape. For the round corner can use scissor for who are not familiar with cutter..
FINALLY..
