hi, if u hv transport, u can consider a place called fitness quest in section 13. its behind UTAR PC (faculty of arts and social science). its a bit hard to find, i dont mind bring u there if u want (ss13 n ss2 are near @_@)
i am paying rm45 permonth for the membership, student rate ^^
inside there, they have squash court x1, basketball court x1, gym x1, table tennis table x2, badmintion court x2, volleyball court x1.
inside the gym, there are 2 threadmills, 2 bikes, squat rack, seated cable row machine, shoulder press machie, leg curls machine, leg extension machine, 2x adjustable benches, dumbell racks, n etc.
ppl there are lecturers, elder ppl, university students, office workers. u wont b meeting huge muscular or nasty ppl there, except for the gym owner himself, who was a competitor before. the environment there is very healthy n friendly. when u have problems with exercise techniques, some seniors (elder ppl who workout for more than 10 years), lecturers or the gym owner will approach u n guide u, n of coz its free, n they wont offer u any personal training package (unless u ask them to offer u)
