the engrave part there will ask u when u warranty... if you wan the engrave word back you need to wait almost 1 month if not u can get a new set without engrave in 1 weeks time

Apple don't bring from anywhere. Refurbish set come from the same factory from new set, probably side by side production and repair. Engraved then you'll get back after maybe 1 month.
