Failed to update FLASH chips.
This may be due to a corrupt FLASH filing system.

whats model Prolink ? 9300g or 9300gv (vpn) ??

find correct firmware
9300G = Billion 7402G "L"

before flashing , turn off firewall software .
try reset to factory default .

I believe it is 9300G. what does the "L' stands for?

I downloaded the firmware from http://www.billion.com/support/download/fd/fd2.htm, BiPAC 7402G, Annex A.
I even tried restoring to default factory settings before.

anything else could be the cause? :-S
