Hi all,
Fresh grad just landed a job starting next month, age 24
Educaton - Local JPA scholarship = no loan
Car - 1st gen Myvi (bought during uni time as I need a car to intern but my family don't have extra car for me) installment 228/month, 6 more years planning to clear within this year
Property - nil
Insurance - company group life insurance, sometimes need to go offshore = high risk. personal insurance = none
Gross income : 5.7k
Expected saving : 55-60%, stay with parents, take lrt to work RM100/month + petrol RM50-100/month
Status : Got gf that still studying, planning to marry before 29
I have no concept about investment, learnt a lot today reading thru here..
Need some advice where should I save & invest in the same time with my income? FD to start, how much I should save and move to other investment tool e.g. UT? No idea abt stock market at the moment
p/s : not really fond buying insurance policy.. don't see it as necessity, only opt for medical card but company cover also..
Thanks
