Recommendations Any other diagnostic n repair program for windows?, besides norton utilities.....

Hey people.

I would like to know of other software besides norton utilities that can help diagnostic n repair windows type problems.

my norton utilities is 4 yrs old sweat.gif . feel like changing n try out other programs. so wondering if u all can recommend me other similar programs which are good.

Usually you don't need NU as there are registry cleaner or fixer. NU is just an add on

There are a lot of tools available, just to see which of the aspects you want. E.g. If you want to maintain registry get registry mechanic and the lists goes on.

Just my 2 cents. wink.gif

Registry Mechanic/CCleaner and Diskeeper combo is better than NU, IMO.

norton windoctor is more like a registry cleaner.

You can try alternatives like Registry Mechanics or TuneUp Utilities if you want to get rid of your good-ol norton
