 Any student can do it for free. In any case, since politicians like to scrutinize each other’s work, the cost of each such QR code sticker may be less than 50 cents, including development (if not free, one person-month may be enough), sticker, printer and ink. But I do support paying a few dollars per sticker to developers, so that they have the motivation to lead the society, instead of waiting for requirements from others who do not know what are possible and at what cost. The article is misleading when it mentioned about the content. i.e :
Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) has introduced the QRC for business licences. It contains information of the trader, company name, address, nature of business and licence period. The QR only contain a link to MBPJ website that displays those info. |
