to me , i guess i know what he trying to say , because my english also suck~~!! haha...

he trying to tell , if u guys can get champion in my cc , i will give out bonus offer to the champion team as additional prize...~~~ And he trying to say , if u got a team , we would like to invite your team to join our competition to prove out your strength... i think webbar_cc not trying to lansi actually... just he couldn't say what he actually wants....
