It is very reliable now, outdoor unit no battery needed and it's dirt cheap. Even though I have wires, I choose to use the wireless one. Can plug into any room with power socket but if slightly far or have blockage might have issue. Normal double storey should be ok.for condo ok lah, for landed props - better to use wired door bells.
