hi guys.. any idea where can i get a blue print or tutorial for making japanese FRP car? i've been looking all over the web but only pictures of them come out.. i've been looking this thread a few version back and still only pictures available.. and sad to hear that david is no more amongst us.. haven't got the chance for a reunion after last met him more or less 11 years ago when he still have a shop in SS15 subang.. used to play there.. i did saw him in TU but i tot someone else because he looks so thin.. until i found him in here a few thread back and confirm that it was him..

thanks dasa.. hope can meet u one day.. just stared back this hobby recently.. since i lost contact with david and continue studying, i stop playing a long time ago.. when i go to his shop in ss15 back then and it was replace with other shop it was sad moment for me.. i slowly stop and move on.. now there is a lot going on in mini4wd scene and it seems that this hobby suddenly on fire.. a lot of fb pages.. new shop also coming out.. its a good thing.. last time i only go to summit subang, and david's place.. and few random shopping malls that got track.. hope we can keep this hobby alive forever..

when i knew him back in 2003-04 he is much healthier looking.. the reason i doubt it was the same person because he look so much thinner than i used to saw him.. good to know that he still this keep hobby alive the whole time.. my only regret is i don't have the chance for a reunion with him..

i still have that roller by 9 products.. hahah..

the brand is proskit.. come with grinder bit, sanding and brush.. drill bits have to purchase separately..

i also tiru from website link that szngszng give me earlier.. even tho not MS but same basic technique..

too bad.. i really want the avante.. i have the avante mk. II and mk. III.. really like to add that..

must drill the counter gear until can fit 520 or 620 bearing (secondary bearing besides the one if you already put in)
cut the rear plastic part first before begin drilling.. size of drill bit im not too sure heh..
hand must be really steady and straight or else bye2 counter gear..

in my observation the most 100% stability is Super X and Super XX.. but these rear motor chassis tend to be slow on corner with normal tyre.. but for speed setup rear motor chassis is the fastest imho.. most sought after chassis is VS chassis for speed.. (i only know speed setting )
for me MS chassis is a bit complicated but it is challenging to build as i stop this hobby last 10 years they don't have this chassis yet available at that time.. but now its my weapon of choice at the moment..
but depends what set do u want to build.. afaik there is technical setting, semi tech/speed and speed.. which one do you prefer?
