But I did do some cutting on rims previously.
Put the rim on the rig (mine was super1 chassis with power dash + 4.0:1 gear)
then sand it down slowly with file/sandpapers.

Haiya... no wonder.. i never use normal wheel.. always find for carbon wheel.. harder n better.. but hard to cut also.. hahaha.. Later i will ask zul TU... last time Dasa teach me how to cut using olfa cutter... will try it later cutting my carbon wheel..

Front setting not original AKD setting..

Beli 1.5mm front multistay.. potong tengah.. terbalik kan.. yg hujung pergi tengah n yg tengah letak tempat roller.. walaa.. akd front setting..

your rear setting is AKD 2.0 upgrade.. not original akd... the purpose letak dua batang ais krim tu untuk panjangkan brake semaksimum habis.. smile.gif

AKD were best fit in SXX.. but some race improvise it to put at Super ii... smile.gif

roller setting kena tgk ur car gak bro... diff setting diff roller setting.. kena tgk masa cornering and LC.. smile.gif hard to explain.. Semi speed with speed ada beza on the roller position..

Double roller? susah nak cakap.. but apa yg aku faham.. if normal roller, during cornering ur bumper/chassis/screw will a bit flex sebab kelajuan membunuh... hehehe.. boleh counter pakai stabilizer.. tp kalau banyak sangat flex, kereta tu akan slow during corner.

So, kalau pakai double roller, masalah di atas selesai.. kalau nak counter lC.. senang je. tinggikan screw atas bawah.. letak lagi stabilizer.. kiri boleh..kanan pun boleh.. kompem tak terkeluar... tp brake pun main peranan gak.. xde brake, mmg ke laut la jawabnya

Bro, roller x flex.. bengkok je bila crash..

screw akan bengkok... bumper akan bengkok.. chassis akan bengkok.. kalau xcaya.. try letak stabilizer cap kat atas... buat satu run ful kat track.. pastu cuba tgk geseran kat cap tu.. kalau banyak geseran, roller setting kena tukar... buat sampai geseran tu jadi minimum... smile.gif

Kalau xde geseran langsung, tandanya dah khatam la roller position tu.. smile.gif

nak tanya, bumper belakang tu ada lebih tak? Tu original ke? Nak beli boleh? smile.gif

Letak FRP dekat belakang tayar bahagian belakang kereta. Setting ni ok tp bila terbang. kemungkinan besar sangkut kat trek tinggi di antara roller dengan tayar.. wink.gif
