it combine the speed. ok let me explain a bit:

your maxis = 1 IP
the other 3G router = 1 IP
the 3rd = 1 IP

Total 3 IPs to your house.. when you go to server download using web browser.. it will use only 1 of the above IP.. so you get speed of only one of line, not all 3.

but if you use download manager (IDM).. your IDM create many connection.. so to same server you create several connection, so you can use all IPs.. for each "chunck" you download you are using a different WAN, so you get full combined speed of all ur lines.

same with torrent, you download from many peers.. you Vigor router use all WANs, each WAN handle some peers, so you get full combined speed of all lines.

So conclusion is: you can get full speed of your lines on this if you use any multi-session program (download manager, P2P, torrent...etc etc)
I hope its clear  nod.gif  laugh.gif

some router able to bond the speed of all wan, able to test by www.speedtest.net or maxis speedtest web...
I'm not sure whether your router able to combine the speed or not.
by default Load-balancing routers do not bond multiple Internet connections together.
