I test this lo. They say have 1 year warranty. My budget can't handle so Mahal haha

My advise is if using cheap tint... better leave it empty. Cause my old Myvi headlamp created micro cracks as well =/

Hmm true I scared of micro cracks! No point putting if kena. But I thought normal tint will have micro cracks but not ppf right?

PPF = paint protection film... its basically a layer of plastic / tint or whatever you call it.

ur cap ayam headlamp film chaota or become yellowish?

i also installed some cap ayam one, part of it became totally black. my friend said going to be very hard to remove it. im thinking where shall i go to get it removed...

any suggestions?
*
Yellowish, with the top part exposed to sun the most turned brown / almost black haha!

I spent like RM100+ to remove it, totally not worth it... I would say just peel it off yourself, then give it a nice sanding to remove the remnants and then polish back. Can remove the yellowish area too.

where did you paid to get it removed? i dont trust my sanding skills. probably will messed up the whole headlamp with scratches.

Accessory shop can do it for sure.

Sand it using 800 --> 1200 --> 2000 then plastic polish it.

No offence to Raytech seller/ users, but based on my past experience on 2 different cars with Raytech film cost 1.2k & 1.5k respectively (Forget the model, but non security, both done in Raytech Seri Kembangan), the heat rejection is crap after 1-1.5 year. My family/ other passengers complain duno how many times already. All thought I save money use cheaplak film.

I won't consider it anymore in the future, said USA brand but can't find any info/ evidence, more like OEM, rather spend on 3M/ LLumar.

So far using RX on my wife's car for 4 years still alright (although claimed warranty for FWS due to "chaota" aka dis colorization...), my 2017 car also installed with the RX series, so far performance is good for me.
