1. Preferred Brand: None.
2. Budget: 4500MYR.
3. Usage: Working in Ms Office, Web Browsing, Stocks Trading, Occasionally watch movies.
4. Preferred laptop/screen size: 15"+/-
5. Special request: W8.1, Need high memory to avoid laggy, HDD capacity 1TB if possible, long hour usage (try to avoid easy get 'fever' and bigger battery capacity)
6. Plan to add-on: Ms Office 2014, Antivirus (w/ extra budget)

p/s: On top of that, I think touch screen is cool as Im quite get used to Surface Pro at the moment, wanna check if touch screen feature how much I need to spare in extra if necessary.

First of all, Mac is not my choice for sure as Im abit against to learn new OS as many things seem so different.

Is ThinkPad a good choice? It look quite classic in design to me, but I am ok if it is strong in performance
What do you think of its batt can last long for how many hours? 5Hrs possible? (Pls spare me for being noob as I totally have no idea about these knowledge)
W7P+W8P means what? Why it comes with two versions of Windows OS? For user's preference in case they prefer to use W7?
Lastly, the screen is upgradeable to touch screen or what? If yes, how much would it cost extra for the difference in between?

p/s: Wondering why ThinkPad T440P and Y410P price gap so much different even the cheaper one is carrying an i7? Bcoz of the Intel graphic card?

Uhmm, 8Hrs is more than enough. Im thinking of 6hours if possible as sometimes really cant find power point then it can really allow me to accomplish my task while I am travelling outstation. Since you've mentioned that Y410P is more suitable for gaming purpose, I'd rather chose T440P then, coz I don't wanna buy another 'toy' to get myself addicted into the mud again lol!! (I can simply get addicted into a game, easily!!)

If you have any nice seller to recommend to me, I can go for him too. Im going to Harvey Norman/ computer shop in mall to check for this particular model now.
