Looking for a laptop for my sister

1. Preferred Brand - any brand with good after sale service is a bonus
2. Budget - 1.5k
3. Usage - college works, photoshop
4. Preferred laptop/screen size - light, good battery life, reasonable performance, upgradeable to 8gb ram?

So my not so insentive research has found;-

Or any other recommendation? If i go for the samsung ok not?
