I'm looking at Inspiron 7000 14". Is it possible to configure the spec?

Hi, I need helps from all sifus here. 

Anyone knows any RM3k or less Ultrabook that have both mSATA and HDD? Not cache SSD, I mean. (bootable mSATA slot)

Requirement:

1. Budget RM3500 or less
2. Ultrabook (max around 2kg, ~2cm height)
3. Screen size 13" - 14" max
4. Min Intel Core i5 (4th gen preferable, i7 is way better). Eg: i5-4200U, i7-4500U
5. Nvidia GT 740 or equivalent. GT 720 is not recommended, but can be considered. Integrated Intel HD graphics is a big no.

Special requirement: Have both HDD and mSATA slot! (not the small mSATA slot for cache, eg. 32GB or less. I want to insert standard mSATA SSD 128GB/256GB in it). Really hard to find this. I've found quite a few laptops which fits my first 5 requirements, but didn't have mSATA slot.

The laptop doesn't have to include mSATA SSD inside, I will buy that separately.

My Y480 is a perfect example as I'm using Mushkin Atlas 240GB SSD mSATA with 1TB HDD, wondering if I can get the same, but Ultrabook.

Any laptop in mind? Don't mind the budget if that limits your recommendation.

Yeah, I've checked both laptop before. Zenbook was rejected because although the design and weight is nice, but the mSATA is not the standard one, its actually half the size of the regular. It's quite hard to find 128GB SSD here for this size.

Compared to Zenbook, I personally think Dell Vostro 5470 is better (in price and specs wise, not in build quality). Both have same processor and HDD, have mini mSATA slot, but 5470 have better graphics (GT740). With the non-touch LED one I can get as low as RM1800.

For Dell XPS, the size is bigger than my requirement. Also, GT720 or GT740 is good enough for me (not really used for gaming, but more towards other office task with medium graphics).

Any other Ultrabook with both regular mSATA and HDD slot? Thanks.

Yup, you right.  That's why I don't select this model. And even if both Vostro or Zenbook can boot from SSD, its hard to find mini mSATA 128GB or bigger here, most local market sells the regular mSATA only.

But still, no Ultrabook that have both HDD and bootable, regular size mSATA with good price?    I'm amazed.. They should at least build one.

I've even heard that mSATA starting to phased out with the new M2 (NGFF), not sure if that true.
