2. Budget - cheapest available, entry level intel celeron should be fine as long as its not too outdated
3. Usage - word, spss, normal browsing, movies hd, normal music listening, postgraduate student here, no more gaming
4. Preferred laptop/screen size - 13 or 14, lightweight plz kinda slim
