For serious and hard core gaming...medium to high video (not necessaryly in ultra settings...) Titles: Assassins Creed IV, The Witcher III, Need for Spped, Crysis 3, Farcry 3, Tom Raider, Latest title games.,.... Facebook and skype Video calls. . . and a little not too serious photo and video editing.. kinda love to record videos of my self doing some music stuffs...
It should be better if can upgrade to ssd or can add ssd to it.... and can upgrade the specs (change it) for a better use in the future...
14-15" FHD, IPS, or those kinds. . . i find that 17" is kinda big for me lah. . .
I go to LYP this morning for price canvass...
V7-582PG-74501225k, i7-4500U + Nvidia GT750M + 256GB SSD + (1920x1080 IPS; touch)@RM3999[2.2kg], 12GB, W8.1
--> this one caught my attetion because it has a really nice screen quality.,... and when i ask about the GPU...
"""GT 750m ==> 4gb DDR5 and it's not 2gb DDR5... How does this affect the gaming performance?
And i'm worried beacuse it seems that its really thin for a gaming laptop like msi gs70...
But SSD is a Good factor for me to consider this...
Y510p, i7-4700MQ + Nvidia GT750M(GDDR5) + (1920x1080)@RM3999[2.7kg], 8GB, 1TB, W8, red backlit, GN37 exGPU & ODD, 120w+170w psu, 2 yrs
--> i can consider this but it should serve as my last resort. . . kinda annoyed with the red backlit keyboard and the screen is not that good...for me... but interested on its SLI GPU...
GE60-2OE, i7-4700MQ + Nvidia GTX765M + (1920x1080; anti-glare)@RM4299,8GB, 750GB(7200rpm), W8, backlit keyboard
---> This i got to see at the last floor and the one who assisted me told me that its screen is FHD "IPS" it that true?? is these somewhat upgraded already? but it cost around 4.8k??? all same specs but IPS??? i cant remember if it has ssd or not,...
and FINALLY THESE 2 FROM DELL...
Inspiron 15 7000, i7-4500U + Nvidia GT750M (GDDR5) + (1920x1080; Touch)@RM3599[2.6kg], 8GB, 1TB(5400rpm), W8SL, backlit keyboard, 58Whr
Alienware 14, i7-4700MQ + Nvidia GTX765M + (1920x1080; anti-glare) + 64GB mSATA + 750GB(7200rpm)@RM4999[2.77kg], 8GB, W8SL, 802.11ac
Inspiron has a good screen quality also but i'm afraid i cant play the games i want. . . that is the only problem so far..and very thin also? afraid it could warm so fast...
Alienware, i cant say anything bad about it, just the SSD that ONLY used for catching... cant store files or what...
how does it if compared to lappies with ssd that can used for storage???
and also my concern is its maintanability... like access to its components, they said it has a very good stability but i'm afraid of it because its access to its components seems worse compared to other laptops...
I'm all about the performance and screen quality is a plus here....
GUYS can you help me decide??? i wanted to have the GT70 but its really big already so i think i'm not on the 17'...
i'm also concern about there brand' service after sales, its warranty, those stuffs...
please help sifus... need to have plenty of suggestion here guys...
Thanks in Advance sifus, i really need your help.,,,,
