Hey guys, been awhile. This morning "finally" the battery died after almost 9 months of owning the car. Called Peugeot assist at about 9:10am and was told the technician will come around 10am. Waited till 10:30am before calling them back and 10 mins later the technician called. Finally came about 11:20am and took him about 15-20mins to install new Delkor battery.
Overall, it wasn't that long of a wait neither was it a real bad experience (maybe coz I am still in the comfort of my home) but hearing what the technician said that sometimes it's not them that don't want to do a good job or provide the best service but company policies restricts them. E.g. they are only given RM500 petrol card but if exceed the amount, they have to use their own cash then claim which takes a long time; hence, many of them from different centres tries to give excuses so that they don't have to do road assists. Ends up, e.g. Balakong centre guy have to assist customers at Bukit Jelutong which means longer waiting time for us who are owners of the car.
Happy Chinese New Year and have a great holiday ahead. Drive safe for those who are travelling back to their home towns.
