Why service cost so high. I did 1.6T 20K service under $500/- without discount! It was only oil and filter change.

I think mine was just $30 cheaper. I did mine in Seremban.  You and kanasai79 did the 20K service at Puchong SC. Same SC but big difference in price. kanasai79 can you post your bills?

guys, will over filled engine oil do any harm to the engine?

service yesterday, check dipstick this morning, found out the engine oil level is above the max level indicator for about 1 cm

Hi all, I'm a 408 1.6T user living in bangkok thailand. Not many pug owners here but im proud to own one.

I've been. Using for almost 2 years now and my first battery with yokohama was already gone, changed during my 10k mileage. Now my car is at 25k and I need some information. I'm not sure if my second battery is about to die as when I now turn my car wheels, my headlight will be weaken/soften down, and once my steering wheel back to center then headlight become normal, I never really notice but today I see so I'm not sure if it is normal or not so can anyone of you share information if this is normal or sign of battery about to die?

I googled on other forumn, it mentioned about torque converter locked up. Mebbe, sifus can share more about how is this mechanism works.

I guess we should be more concern with a gear slip problem than RPM slip?

Adding to my water pump issue - according to service manager, this is manufacture defect for that batch of water pump. He said all the water pump issue he encounter so far come from the black one..

And this explains the RPM will drop twice for one of the gear ratios?

There is no law enforcement prohibit white bulb, but not the HID mod.
If any road block stop you and wanna charge u for headlamp modification, just open the bonnet and show them, no HID installed. Nthg is wrong.
White bulbs look cool but it danger urself while driving, u will have low visibility during foggy/ hazzy or raining condition.
I am using ONB 4300k on my 408.

I am getting some prices. One is k&n and the other is WORKS. Not sure which is better though. Coz to me, is more or less the same. Any advise sifus around???

By the way SKYjack, my gb is still abit jerky and i notice the the fc for city use is quite high. Any advise??? Is it coz the car still new so it takes sometime to run-in???
