Today i called up Puchong SC and told them I need to send my car in for checking on few issues and I was lucky that they could accommodate to my request.

i) Changed H7 bulb for 2 times within 4 months - I asked them to run a check if there is any problem on the headlight electrical wiring. However, the SA said there is no faulty error from the result of the testing.

ii) Ventilation system - Outside smell (like exhaust smell from bus) entering the cabin whether the air re-circulation is on/off. The SA only checked on the air filter and said it need a change as it was very dusty already. He only cleaned the dust using air. He asked me to make an appointment to further check on the ventilation problem. So far, I didn't notice any drop in the coldness of the air-conditioning even at night time.

iii) A noticeable gap on the left front door (see the below picture) - Not sure whether it was due to the rubber car door seal problem or something else. The SA could only carry out the detail checking in the next appointment. They can't do it today without appointment. Lucky that there is no illumination of car door warning light that show the left door is not closed properly. Phew. 

I still have 900km to go before it due for 40k service. Will get them to check on those problems again.

Done the 40k service with total damage of RM1,249.80. The total labour charge alone was RM405 after discount.     

Major items were changing brake oil, coolant, pollen filter (this SC called it charcoal filter), spark plugs and power steering fluid. 

Just for info, the total damage for the previous services are as follow:-
- 10k = RM 340.30 (Labour FOC)
- 20k = RM 504.80 (+ air filter & labour)
- 30k = RM 426.70 (+ labour)

The other exceptional item was to replace the H7 headlight bulb (RM42.40) which has burnt out 2 nights ago. This time was on the left headlight. 
Noted it was from Hongrie (same as Hungary?). No wonder it was so expensive. And it looks like any other normal bulb. 
On the bulb burnt out problem within 4 months after replaced, they couldn't find any faulty as well. They said probably it was due to the bulb that i bought from outside is not compatible with the spec... huh?!

They have adjusted the left front door to reduce the gap.  As for the outside smell coming in into the cabin, they said they have did some tightening on the air hole or something. Will check it out.

I drove 190km/hr, 2.0NA. when I travel Penang to kl. Some way around Ipoh on the highway because I follow one new Camry 2.0. This Camry driver also drove very fast, I not really dare to follow..what feeling on 190km/hr, I did not remember anymore, I did remember my gf angry at me.. Sigh!!!
