Cardio Igniter pack, How to take it

i get few of Cardio Igniter pack by top secret. But I dont understand how to take it.
on the pack showing 2 serving. but the guy told me take 1 serving which mean half of the pack but how to seperate HALF ? and how many ML of water need ? Please guide, thank you
