Please take note:

1. No accommodation provided. You can sleep at any empty area within the venue or at your own sit. After 12am, we will dedicate a section of the venue and dim the lights for lounging and sleeping.
2. No games provided. You have to bring your own games.
3. No cleaners provided. That means every participant is responsible for the cleanliness of their own area.

LAN Party Rules & Regulations:

1. We encourage everyone to have fun but in a moderate way. Excessive noise or disturbing other participants will result in a warning. If still persist, you will be booted out from the venue.
2. Snacks and drinks are allowed in the venue. If there is any spill or grease you will have to clean it up.
3. You can play any games that you like. Any form of discrimination will not be tolerated and will result in immediate boot.
4. Participants are encouraged to participate in activities conducted by the organizers, sponsors, coordinators and others.
5. Only participants with valid LAN Party Tag are allowed to enter and leave the venue. So please wear it at all time including going to the toilet. This is for security purposes.
6. Players are allowed to choose their sit unless designated by the organizer. The organizer has the rights to move you anywhere that the organizer feels fit due to activity purposes, security, safety and other reasons.
7. Players can move around, mingle around or change sit with their friends as long as both parties agreed.
8. We are not responsible for your personal belongings so please be careful at all time.
9. You are not allowed to bring any cooking equipments or unrelated equipments that have the potential to cause harm to others. Cooking is strictly prohibited.
10. Players must take care of their own personal hygiene.
11. No skateboard, rollerblade, bikes, balls or any other similar equipment allowed within the venue.
12. Do not litter. Throw your garbage into the recycle bin. Failure to do so will result in warning and if still persist, immediate boot.
13. You are not allowed to sleep underneath your table due to safety reason. We do not want you waking up tangle with wires or get electrocuted while sleeping. You can sleep in your own chair or any other open space within the venue that deem to be safe by the organizer.
14. Torrent is strictly prohibited. Any heavy download must be consulted with the organizer to prevent network issues throughout the LAN Party. If persist will result in immediate boot.
15. No pornographic materials or screening are allowed. If persist will result in immediate boot.
16. All computers must have antivirus or similar protection software installed. If your computer is causing problems in the network such as: virus, attacks, etc, your computer will be disconnected until the problem is resolved. If the person refuses to disconnect his/her computer from the network we have the right to evict this person from the premises.
17. Alcohol and drugs in any form do not belong and are not allowed to be taken onto the premises. Intoxicated and/or in any other form of affected people will not be let onto the premises. People found intoxicated and/or on drugs will be shown off the premises. Smoking is strictly forbidden indoors and is only allowed in designated area.
18. Participation is at your own risk. Follow our rules, use caution, eat and sleep normally. It is highly recommended to get a full good night’s sleep the night before the event. We are not liable for any economical loss in relation to the event, directly or indirect, for example in case of a canceled event, electrical failure or similar. No person or persons shall hold Cyberfusion 2013 liable.
19. Each participation is a binding contract to abide by the rules. We reserves the right to without further notice change the rules. Each participant must follow the instructions from organizer, crew, fire- and security guards, and also authorities as police and fire brigade etc (even if these instructions go against our rules.).

Yeah, overnight there since I'm bringing my LED TV. Don't want to bring in all the stuffs so many times.

Together with your PS4? Yeah can, but can't guarantee the availability of power sockets.

Can't confirm at the moment, but I'm guessing you can.


The 5 meals - Breakfast, Lunch, Tea, Dinner, Supper.

I don't have the exact schedule for meals, but roughly since Friday we only start around 9pm; probably there will be supper. And on Sat we will get full 5 meals. And Sun we will finish around 6pm; probably will get till Dinner.

You bringing your own LCD? Coz LCD monitor is provided, just that you need to bring your own HDMI-DVI adapter coz LCD no HDMI port.

More details will be announced soon, probably early next week.


No specific activities at the moment; need to check with you guyz which game you guyz gonna bring, so we can play together. But, no worries, so far there's no obligation for participants to play any specific games, feel free to bring any games that you want.

And there's no obligation for you guyz to stay there 3-days straight; coz I'm sure some of you got families, etc.
