This is a simple case of misconfiguration.
You can try one of this method:
Set to internal lan using router's dhcp. Then put the range of 100-255. This means anything below 100 will be untouched and it's static ip. Connect all your devices using dynamic ip and it will work. Configure your server to us one of the static ip and it will work. If doesnt work then your router configuration is wrong. If not mistaken this is standard config done by TM.
