But coating beads water in a very odd way, the titisan air is aligned very nicely compared to surface that was waxed.

I dunno how to explain better, maybe krismas can.

i finally understood what people meant by ultimate liquid wax being hard to buff off/streaks, it's the carrier oils and what not in their liquid formula. interestingly enough, after application and baking the wax gets fully "melted" into the surface and the only thing left is the oily residue/streaks, i didn't really need to buff them off, just use ultimate quik wax and top up which also serves as a buffing off (you'll need to quite a number of passes with moderate pressure to get rid of the oil streaks though) for a great lasting finish

hopefully i don't miss out any steps, feel free to ask me anything/feedback as i'm still in the learning process so i'd appreciate the tips and pointers

I have 2 diff brand spray wax. Not much of a gloss enhancer, but it can last at least 1 month, with 2 QD in between.

- What actually will happen in this session?
- Attendee need to bring what?
- Usually you guys hang out until what time?
- Are you all going to detail a car right in front of the restaurant like a open road show event?

Went over to the Sonax HQ earlier today and got myself the Brilliant Shine Detailer. Met up with the owner, Rizal's the name i think. Friendly chap and knows all the products inside out. Fortunately when i went, there was another guy there with his Citroen who purchased a whole bag of stuffs, so Rizal actually demonstrated how to use the Brilliant Shine Detailer.

Also bought the rim cleaner, wanted to buy the Xtreme Wax but maybe sometime later.

Got a free stuff too, the clear view 1:100 thing. Supposedly to be poured into the windscreen washer container.

Yeah, down to earth seems about just right. He personally demonstrated how the product works and doesn't really care he was drenched in his own sweat. Great PR skills, i'd say.

They have the rim cleaner set but i only bought the cleaner only but not the coating. Don't think i'd require it.

Talking about early, i saw from their facebook page that they are open from 9am - 5pm. I headed over to Glenmarie at 9:15am only to realized no one was there, called Reza and then he told me to drop by at about 1100am T____T luckily i lived nearby otherwise ..... 

Went over to osren yesterday to get a bottle of Brilliant Shines. The guy told me to apply it after polish, than put a layer of wax on top of it. Is that the normal to use it?
