QUOTE(syahpian @ Feb 10 2014, 07:53 PM) nowdays some dedicated server provider selling server for mining purpose, but not sure if it worth to rent or not. sample spec Dual core Intel cpu, 8gb ram, 64gb ssd, AMD R9 290 (good litecoin hash rate)video card $169 a month no contract! what do you guys think? cloudstrife07ar188that is nice.. does it let you full control of the API, i.e. hardware control..let u cook the temperature to 95C 24/7? or just mining pool address at say 850kh/s?

QUOTE(arbitrage001 @ Feb 10 2014, 10:46 PM) Good deal. I will actually buy the contract if the hash rate is above 800 k hash per sec. This assume the server will have 24 hours up time with no over heat problem and I am able to either teamview in or remote control in. Let me know if this deal is real or not. QUOTE(roaringkitty @ Feb 10 2014, 10:50 PM) I'm interested, let me know the details. Around RM10? 2) Asic is for bitcoins only. Unless you wanna risk on scrypt asic which is quite worthless since scrypt-jane came out dy. GPU for scrypt mining. If you are planning to set up new rig, GPU is "safer" since the hardware can still be sold as 2nd hand or you can use it for gaming.
