How about if the Clubhouse in S klia maintained by 1 company or glomac subsidiary.
The clubhouse is open for residents and non-residents. Residents receive a discount / special rates on the clubhouse fees to become memberships, but must pay the appropriate deposit. Proof of residence is required example the utility bill to receive the discount. However for non-residents, there is no discount to become the memberships, must pay standard fees. The membership needs to pay monthly / annually.
