eh, I thought last time the promo pic was Harrison Custom?
either they changed it or I just never noticed lol 

just my plausible theory:
Bandai wants to make Harrison Custom, but since the parts are on the same runner, it's cheaper to make them same colour
but without the white you can't call it Harrison Custom, fans will outrage
so they conveniently just change the name to mass production? 

not that I know F91 at all (I actually suck at >UC0100 plot )
but I don't think the mass produced F91s were blue? based on this quote:
