just got my Note 3 a week ago. first of all, when i use it, it's fine, nothing is of a problem..

recently, i cannot get mobile data. i can only connect to wifi. but when i go to 4g covered areas, i will get 4g, and then if i am not in 4g areas, it will get the normal mobile data., but after i connect it to wifi and disconnect, the mobile data wont be connected. it is not shown next to the signal indicator.

has anyone encounter this problem? is it a carrier problem or hardware problem(which i hope is not).

it didn't happen occasionally, now its like the current state of it is no mobile data. contacted celcom and waiting for them to contact me back. sheesh.

okay. this is resolved.

i contacted Celcom and they assigned to me a technical person to help with the problem. The problem was cause by diffferent settings and internet packages that i have.

i have subscribed to their 4g/lte service, but the setting is celcom3g. thats the problem.

hope this help anyone facing the same problem

firstly, you need to sms 4GLTE YES to 28882 to subscribe to their LTE service.

for the settings, inside the Access Point Name just change from celcom3g to celcom4g.. thats it.
