Need your assistance on Note 3 . My Note 3 will always ask for "Complete action using

TouchWiz easy home or TouchWiz home

I will always opted "Always" on TouchWiz home but eventually it keep on prompting . I notice this whenver i restart the phone or end the task . Is there anyway to make it always default eventhough i rebooted my phone ?
